CANCELED: Health Design Thinking

*Due to on-going concerns surrounding the coronavirus, we have canceled this event. We have decided to take these measures out of an abundance of caution in order to safeguard the well-being of our staff and guests.

Join us for a discussion with Bon Ku and Ellen Lupton, authors of Health Design Thinking!

Bon Ku, MD, and Ellen Lupton will talk about how they collaborated to create their new book Health Design Thinking, which offers a human-centered approach for designing health care products and services. Dr. Ku is a physician and founder of the innovative Health Design Lab at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. Ms. Lupton is an award-winning author, graphic designer, and curator at Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum. Their book shows how clinicians can tap the power of design and how designers and medical professionals can collaborate in surprising ways. Their practical guide highlights important products, prototypes, and research in health design.
