About this Event: 

The Mütter Museum and The Moving Picture Cinema are joining forces again for a special outdoor screening of Carnival of Souls in the Benjamin Rush Medicinal Plant Garden! 

About Carnival of Souls:

Carnival of Souls (1962) is an independent horror film produced and directed by Herk Harvey and written by John Clifford. After being the sole survivor of a horrible car accident, young Mary Henry takes a job as a church organist in a new town far away. Mary struggles to assimilate to her new town and becomes drawn to an abandoned carnival pavilion and finds herself stalked by a ghoulish stranger.  

  

Timeline:

7:00 - 8:00 PM: Museum Access
8:15– 9:30 PM: Film screening in the Benjamin Rush Medicinal Plant Garden
