Teen Health Week Student Party 2018


A fun-filled gathering for high school students and adults who work with them. The theme is Teen Mental Health.

4PM-5PM: Mütter Museum will be open.

5PM-6PM: A gameshow style panel - What we wish Freshmen College students knew before they came to Campus!

Drinks and snacks will be provided. And Prizes!

Free entry for all high school students. Free entry to adults wearing an article of lime green clothing.

This event is part of Teen Health Week and will be updated with additional details as the event date approaches.

About the Event:

Established in 2016 as a joint program of the Center for Education and Public Initiatives of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, Real Talk with Dr. Offutt, and the Pennsylvania Department of Public HealthTeen Health Week seeks to raise awareness of the health issues facing Pennsylvania teens. Through a variety of programs and activites, Teen Health Weekencourages teens to take charge of their physical and mental health to facilitate healthy choices they will carry throughout their lives.


Pennsylvania Teen Health Week 2018 is sponsored by Pennsylvania Southeast Region Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and System of Care, a program of the Delaware County Department of Human Services.

If you or your organization would like to help in Pennsylvania Teen Health Week, please consider becoming a sponsor. Sponsorships help defray the costs of:
• transportation for teens from across the state to attend the big kickoff in Harrisburg!
• ordering lime green spirit items (wristbands, bandanas, t-shirts) to help raise awareness!
• printing and development costs for the educatonal Toolkits!
