There will be no elevator access to the Mütter Museum for all of January and February 2017.
We will be installing a new elevator from January 1st, 2017. Our new elevator will drastically improve access to our collections and events and visitors will be able to enjoy regular access as of early March, 2017.
Additionally, our Vesalius exhibit will be closed from January 13th, 2017 to prepare for a new exhibit opening early March, 2017.
Today is #GivingTuesday: Can you give us a hand? The Mütter Museum and Mütter Institute exist to teach people about medical history, and to use modern technology to examine our collections and learn more about rare diseases.
The Mütter Museum is hosting a full month of intriguing events and festivities this October. MISCHIEF at the Mütter returns for a second year on October 27 followed by family-friendly Day of the Dead celebrations on October 30, and joined by a few new surprises sure to keep you up at night…
The Mütter Museum helps the public appreciate the mysteries and beauty of the human body while understanding the history of diagnosis and treatment of disease.
