Co-Director of the Benjamin Rush Medicinal Plant Garden, Jacqui Bowman PhD, will give a virtual talk discussing Dendrobium Orchids and how preparations from them have been used to promote health and wellbeing both historically and today. The College’s Benjamin Rush Medicinal Plant Garden was the site of a small exhibition of these orchids from 2021 to 2022 that was funded by the American Orchid Society.
