Letting the Dead Teach Us: Body Donation in Modern Medicine

Choosing to donate your body to medicine after you die is a great gift to medical education, but many don't know it's even an option, or how to go about making it happen. How do you go about donating your body to medicine? What is the journey your body takes after you choose to donate? How does your body benefit medical education?

Join the Mütter Museum and Sara Solomon, Human Anatomy Laboratory Programs Manager at , for a virtual event as we explore these questions and more.

Sara Solomon, MS, supports medical education through anatomy laboratory operations and instruction at Drexel. She has extensive experience in human anatomy education, forensic medicine, and laboratory management, having served as adjunct faculty and as a forensic autopsy technician for multiple county coroner offices in Pennsylvania. She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Medicine and has presented research nationally on anatomy education and active learning.

Please Note: Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to other people.

This webinar will be recorded.
