Mütter Milers - 2025 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend

Welcome to Mütter Milers, the official fundraising team for The College of Physicians of Philadelphia.

The College of Physicians of Philadelphia is proud to be an official charity partner of the AACR Philadelphia Marathon! As one of the oldest professional medical fellowship organizations in the country, the College advances the cause of health while preserving and sharing the stories that shape it—through the world-renowned Mütter Museum, innovative STEM education, and public health programming for the Philadelphia region.

 

Why Run with Us? 

When you join our charity team, you’re not just running a race—you’re helping us illuminate the future of medicine. Every dollar you raise directly supports the College’s work to:

• Expand access to hands-on STEM programs for Philadelphia students 

• Preserve and grow the unique collections of the Mütter Museum 

• Advance dialogue and understanding around public health, ethics, and medical history 

 

Fundraising Commitment:

To run on behalf of the College, charity runners commit to: 

• Fundraising Minimum: $1,000 (this includes the $500 for your race bib and registration fee) 
   
• *Bib Fee and Donation: $500 (counts toward your $1,000 goal) 

• Deadline: All fundraising minimums must be raised by November 1, 2025 

*Bib Fee and Donation payment breakdowns:

• AACR Philadelphia Marathon: $500 ($175 bib fee + $325 donation): SOLD OUT 

• Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon: $500 ($140 bib fee + $360 donation)

• Rothman Orthopaedics 8K: $500 ($55 bib fee + $445 donation)

You will pay your Bib Fee and Donation at the time of registration, and we will apply that entire amount towards your fundraising total to help kickstart your fundraising efforts. 

(Please keep in mind that failure to meet the fundraising minimum will result in forfeiture of your bib. We understand that circumstances may arise, but the Bib Fee and all fundraised money are non-refundable.) 

Limit 1 bib/race per runner. No transfer or deferment of bibs allowed. Official 2025  rules apply.
