The Cat and the Canary
Twenty years after the death of millionaire Cyrus West, his relatives gather on a dark and rainy night at his decaying and possibly haunted mansion to read his long-awaited will. A murderous lunatic, bearing the nickname "The Cat" for the way he shreds his victims, has escaped from a nearby asylum and is suspected to be on grounds. Can they survive the night?
Mütter Museum admission is included in the ticket price and the museum will be open from 5:30-6:30 PM. Beer, wine, and snacks will be available for purchase. This event is part of our Arts & Medicine series, which invites audiences to engage with the history of medicine through the lens of the fine arts.
The film starts at 6:30 and no one will be admitted after the screening begins.
