We are teaming up with Space Melt Cinema for a special event to close out our !

Join us for a screening of “Nosferatu the Vampyre.” Directed by an icon of extremity, Werner Herzog, and starring Klaus Kinski, “Nosferatu” perfectly captures the destitute, anxious nature of the original vampire myth.

We’ll kick off the evening with a short talk from Museum Educator Jo D’Avella on the people, places, and medical conditions that inspired the iconic traits of the vampire.

Space Melt Cinema will present this film, host their signature DVD swap, and serve gourmet hot dogs! Doors will open at 6:00pm to allow guests time before the film to peruse the collection items on display, talk to Museum staff about vampirism and the roots of its mythology, take a chance at the swap box, and, of course, eat hot dogs.

Tickets include popcorn, soft drinks, and admission to the pop-up exhibit. We hope to see you there!

Please Note: By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by The College of Physicians/the Mütter Museum and its affiliates and representatives.
