Press Requests
Professional journalists and news media organizations may access images on our to accompany media coverage of College exhibitions, collections, and events. Contact our Communications Department for image access at or call the press line at 215.567.6429 and leave a message with your email address.
Non-media requests for photography and imaging are subject to the conditions below.

Due to the sensitive nature of some of the Museum’s biological and historical collections, strict photographic and usage requirements apply.

All requests will take a minimum of two weeks to process.

Depending on the request, research and production fees may apply.

Permission to photograph within the College may be denied.

The College can provide many images of the building, interior, and collections free of charge and with permission to reproduce for purposes consistent with the College mission provided that the images are used with proper credit.
