After-Hours Access

During the summer of 2026, the Mütter Museum will offer expanded hours to provide more opportunities for tourists and individuals with busy 9-to-5 schedules to visit. 

Join us for Mütter Tüesdays, beginning on Tuesday, June 16, through Tuesday, September 1, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitors get to enjoy the following: 

• After-hours access to our Core Gallery and special exhibitions, including: 
  • Revolutionary Botany 
  • Creative Processing: Art in Therapy 
  • The Philly Killer 
  • Creating a City of Medicine (opening June 27) 
  • Marketing Medicine 
• Access to the Benjamin Rush Medicinal Plant Garden 
• Access to special pop-up exhibits, including the return of our popular Frankenstein Pop-Up (subject to availability), where you can explore unique items from our collection as docents dive into the medical and scientific influences of Victor Frankenstein and his creation. Other pop-ups include Civil War Medicine and Trauma.
